We've a  Winner!!

We've randomly selected one from all the software factories stories you sent during the past two weeks. The lucky winner is Remco Dekkers, CTO of ISM eCompany (http://www.ism.nl) and this is his story:

“…We’re creating a software factory for creating business applications. The sorts of application we create are CMS, learning and e-commerce. In the software factory it’s possible to define entities, relations, business actions and forms. After defining the domain model the following things are generated: database (schema), data classes (LLBLGen), business classes and forms. These generated assets can be used in a framework which consists of a smart client that uses CAB and communicates with the also generated application server using webservices. In the communication layer we implemented a pipeline for extensibility which is based on the EDRA project. The framework also uses Lucene.NET as search engine…”

Once again, thanks to everyone for participating!!
